We are looking for a proven team player capable of working independently and cross functionally to implement the processes and document support required for new product manufacturing. This individual must have past experience with large infrastructure and capital equipment with a heavy focus on large parts and assemblies with weights in excess of 11 tons. He or she must have worked with global suppliers and remote design groups on new product introductions and is capable of working in a start up rapid growth environment with a strong focus on meeting objectives on time, at cost, and with a high level of quality.
We are seeking a person with the following qualifications:
- BSME/INE with a minimum 10 years experience
- Familiar with cellular manufacturing
- Strong PC skills with MSWord, Excel, and Access
- Strong skills with Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Agile
- Experience creating BOM structures and assembly documentation and processes
- Experience working with global suppliers on material related issues

The Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Nordic Windpower is an Executive Level Sales Manager responsible for creating the sales strategy, then assembling a team to execute that strategy and drive marketing to support the overall company strategy. Responsibilities :
- Develop sales strategy and drive revenue growth
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
- Create metrics as Key Performance Indicators both on marketing and sales efforts
- Hiring, training and mentoring both Senior Level Sales Management and Account Executives
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Nordic Windpower products and services through evangelizing our unique product
- Work with Director of Finance and CFO to create product financing packages for customers
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets
- Directly manage major and critical client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts
- Establish and implement short- and long-range sales and marketing goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials with Director of Communications
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings and trade shows to promote the company
- Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs
- Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company
- Serve on planning and policy-making committees

Qualifications :
- Strategic thinker, proven track record of driving significant revenue results in rapidly growing environment
- Senior-Level Sales Management experience with leading, large capital equipment, high-performing sales organizations
- 10+ years in large equipment sales in the energy industry including 5+ years management experience, wind industry experience a strong plus
- Recognized industry presence and significant Senior Level contacts in the energy industry
- Experience defining revenue models
- Deep cross-functional knowledge and experience with all operations within sales
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute on a long-term sales strategy
- BA/BS required; MBA a plus

Job Purpose:
Designs, installs, and evaluates quality process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques. Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; analyzes production and service limitations and standards; recommends revision of specifications when indicated.
