Service Care Options
The purchase of an N1000 turbine includes a full parts and labor equipment warranty for two (2) years.
Additionally, Nordic has a number of service care options in order to serve the particular needs of a broad range of customers and owner/operators.
| Nordic Basic-Care. Coverage includes all scheduled inspections, adjustments, lube & filter changes, and consumable part replacements. Unplanned parts replacements and repairs resulting from unplanned events are considered extra work. | |
| Nordic Basic-Care Plus. Includes Basic Care and repaired or new replacement parts (Ex-Works) resulting from an unplanned event. Labor, transport and crane expense are considered extra work. | |
| Nordic Total-Care. Includes Nordic Basic-Care Plus and transport of all parts to site, labor for removal and installation of parts resulting from an unplanned event, and includes crane expenses, as needed. | |
| Nordic Self Care. Service engineers and mechanics available based on hourly rates. On-call 24/7 technical support. Includes remote access to turbines providing owners with the ability to view data and troubleshoot as needed. | |
Training
Nordic also offers customized operations and maintenance training for local employees and/or contractors.
SCADA
To supplement service options, Nordic offers several SCADA packages for owners to monitor and control their turbines. Nordic offers programs for viewing data in real time, remote alarm notification, generating performance reports, and more.
Availability Guarantees
Nordic provides a standard availability guarantee as measured by the wind turbine controller during years 1 and 2 of operation. This guarantee can be extended, depending on the Service Care Options selected.
